The accommodation is located in a quiet residential neighborhood well connected by local public transport. Nearby are the bus stops N1 and N7, with which you can easily reach Villa Olmo and the Lino Gelpi Promenade, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk by the lake.

The interior space is organized as follows:


- LIVING ROOM with 2 single beds (one of which can be pulled out), Smart TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The payment of the tourist tax is required for the first 7 days. The amount is 2 Euros per day per person. Disabled people are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
