This renovated three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment is designed for comfort, featuring new air conditioning, quality mattresses, and large air purifiers in each bedroom. The master bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub while the second and third bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite shower room.
A separate guest toilet is also available.
For larger groups, we can arrange up to two extra beds for an additional fee. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, hood, refrigerator, microwave, and a private washer/dryer—ideal for families and long-term stays.
Strong fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. ## Guest Access ## Enjoy complimentary access to the 8th-floor amenities: ** Rooftop Pool: Heated with city views. ** Sauna: Separate men’s and women’s rooms. ** Gym: Equipped with brand-new machines. ** Co-Working Space: A meeting room with private Wi-Fi inside the gym. ** Free parking and a snack/drink vending machine are available on the ground floor. ## The Neighborhood ## Located in a quiet residential area of downtown Bangkok, yet within walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, Korea Town, Bumrungrad Hospital, Arab Street, and Terminal 21.
Sirikit Park is nearby for jogging and outdoor activities. ## Getting Around ## ** Free Shuttle: 9 AM–5 PM (closed Sundays) to Terminal 21 and mid-Soi 11 (drop-off only). ** By Foot: 100 m to the canal boat pier; 900 m to Nana BTS. ** By Train: 500 m to MRT Phetchaburi and Makkasan Airport Rail Link. ** Please note there is school traffic from 3:30–4:15 PM on weekdays. ## House Rules ## No smoking inside or on the balcony.
Designated smoking areas are on the ground and 8th floor.
A THB 10,000 penalty applies for indoor smoking.
Please do not throw tissue or objects into toilets; a THB 1,000 penalty applies. ## Important Information ## This is a renovated unit in an established building. ** Optional cleaning with linen and towel change is available for THB 1,200. ** Unlimited drinking water is provided; exchange empty bottles at the ground-floor office. ** Our team is always available to assist.
