Ground floor + 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, Wi-Fi connection, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/2 single beds including 1 on the upper floor), a mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, shared washing machine.
Billiard room and table football shared with the other gîte.
Gym in a small converted chalet (treadmill, elliptical bike).
Shared swimming pool (from 01/07 to 31/08.
PAID access: Relaxation area (sauna + hammam + spa: terms to be confirmed with the owner - access to the spa all year round except summer school holidays).
Terrace + land.
If renting the 2 gîtes together, possibility of a common room with kitchen for family reunions and seminars). Country house carefully renovated in full nature, to 200 m of the cross-country.
Nice unspoilt in lovely clearing forest.

Savoyarde
Déco très sympa, logement fonctionnel et lits confortables. Pour 6 personnes c'était adapté. Le + c'est la terrasse et la table extérieur pour les beaux jours. Petit bémol c'est le manque d'insonorisation entre les pièces. Tout dépend du type de séjour attendu. Sinon c'est parfait !
