The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a dishwasher and a fan. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and 2 balconies. Recommended destinations include Hambury Gardens, Menton, Montecarlo, Dolceacqua, Castle of Doria as well as Balzi Rossi and Calandre beaches.
Pubs and restaurants are situated close the property.
Please be aware that using a car to reach the beach is advisable, as there is a 300-meter elevation difference. Free parking is available on the street. Please note that access can be difficult for very low cars. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, Giancarlo super zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit, die Lage ist an sich toll allerdings ist der Weg dahin gar nicht so einfach, aber mit etwas Geduld gut machbar

- Anfahrt zur Casa erfordert erfahrenen Fahrer
Die Anfahrt war schwierig, sonst alles ok.

Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist sehr schön.
