Ground floor: small kitchen, rustic living room with large fireplace, toilet. 1st floor: Living room lit by a majestic bull's-eye window. 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 6 single beds), bathroom with shower, toilet, small storage-laundry room. 2nd floor: mezzanine relaxation area, library, 3 attic bedrooms, 2 of which have a surprising view of the barn and sheepfold (1 double bed 180, 5 single beds), bathroom with shower, toilet.
Heating by heat pump and electric.
An adjoining gîte serving as an addition to an unusual cabin located on the edge of a pond can be rented in addition (n°87G5191). 200 m away: auditorium and another gîte for 8 people.
