Living room with kitchenette, 3 small bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single bunk beds), shower room, wc.
Terrace with garden furniture.

Vehicles, after installation in the cottage, must be parked in the car park provided for this purpose (at the entrance). Located very close to Limoges, the hamlet of gîtes du Vieux Poirier has 23 independent wooden chalets spread over a 2ha estate with a lovely view of the Vienne valley.
On site, a pleasant swimming pool (15 x 7.5m) is accessible from 1/07 to 31/08.
Ping-pong, hiking and relaxation will be on the agenda for a stay in this village of gîtes.
The hamlet is located near the reception rooms of the town, making it possible to organize festive events (birthdays, weddings, etc.) while staying on site. (total capacity of 100 beds).
