This holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to the town center and its amenities and entertainment.
This seaside rental consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace, a small sleeping area with bunk beds suitable for 2 children, separate WC, and an enclosed loggia leading to the terrace with access to the swimming pool and sauna.
A shared laundry room is available within the residence. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, including a master suite with two single beds (90 × 190 cm), a bathroom, and a private Tropezian-style terrace with sea views.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90 × 190 cm), with a shower room nearby and separate WC. Tolle Aussicht, schöne große Terrasse, großer Pool. Insgesamt gute Ausstattung.
Leider war das Haus nur mäßig gereinigt, so dass wir selbst erst mal Hand anlegen mussten. Im Obergeschoss fehlen Handtuchhalter und Ablagemöglichkeiten.
