Villa Lux offers three beautiful modern apartments located at the foot of the Biokovo mountain, only 30 m from the Promajna beach, 4 km south of Baška Voda and 6 km north of Makarska.
Apartment La Perla is located on the first floor of the house, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This modern apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee machine), a dining area, and a living room with an air-conditioning unit, a sofa bed for two persons and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The guests have a private balcony with dining furniture at their disposal, where they can enjoy a beverage or a nice meal overlooking the Biokovo mountain.
The nearest grocery store is only 30 m away, while a restaurant is 100 m away.

Welcome to Villa Lux and to Promajna!
Once predominantly a fishing village, today a small tourist town, Promajna is located at the foot of Biokovo, 4 km south of Baška Voda. It owes its name to the source of life - the Sun (missing the Sun) and was first recorded in 1674. However, a large number of archaeological finds (ceramics, amphorae, coins, tegules, etc.) speak of life in its area since the 2nd century BC. A long white pebble beach sheltered by pine trees and equipped with all the necessary facilities, transparent and warm sea, clean air and preserved environment are the main features of Promajna. The beautifully decorated place has all the basic amenities needed by tourists (post office, shops, travel agencies, exchange offices), and local restaurants offer gastronomic specialties of Dalmatian and international cuisine.
