The holiday apartment "Golden Beach Elviria" in Marbella impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms(with showers) and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
Beach/pool towels are provided for an additional fee. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool.
The pool is open all year round. The host recommends La Scala Marbella, a very nice Italian restaurant only 2 minutes from the property.
In addition, the Centro Elviria is a commercial area that offers a good selection of cafes, restaurants, tapas, supermarkets & amenities. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours after midnight. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person
