The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The location is very convenient: the house is just around the corner from Piazzale Verdi, where you will find the bus station and a tourist information point.

A private parking space is available inside the gate.
Pets are not allowed and smoking or parties are not permitted.
You are kindly asked to remove your shoes at the entrance to protect the parquet floor; disposable slippers are provided.

Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is available for an extra fee.
There are guidelines for correct waste separation, with further information available on site.

The location of the apartment was excellent, within walking distance of all the sights and restaurants and right near the magnificent city wall.
The front of the property was set back from the road and very quiet but the rear, where the bedrooms were backed onto a road where the buses stopped so was a little noisy.

Alles super neu und sauber. Claudia , die Gastgeberin, ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Whatts App Kommunikation perfekt. Beste Lage für einen Stadtaufenthalt.
Etwas Verkehrslaut , das muss man aber einkalkulieren in Italien und mitten in der Stadt.
