You'll be just a 5-minute walk from the city center, perfect for strolling through the streets, enjoying the Christmas or Easter markets, and experiencing the city's unique atmosphere.
The apartment is bright and welcoming: a comfortable living room with a sofa, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing.
It also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a functional bathroom with a toilet and washing machine. Located on the ground floor of a peaceful building, you can rest in complete tranquility. Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi. To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or credit card (authorization required). Security deposit amount: €300. Check-in is self-service, thanks to a key box, for a simple and flexible setup. A WhatsApp group will be created upon booking to stay in touch before, during, and after your stay, if needed. Pets are not allowed. Property managed by a professional.

Located 5 minutes walk from the city center of COLMAR, where you can stroll along the many cobbled streets, admire the typical half-timbered houses, but also taste various specialties in one of the countless restaurants. The visit of the city and its points of interest can be done entirely on foot.
You will find small shops as well as restaurants in the neighboring streets. By car, you can escape on the mythical Wine Route to visit one of the charming wine villages of Alsace such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg or Ribeauvillé. The apartment is 400 m from the city center, shops and restaurants, 500 m from the train station, 1.6 km from a hypermarket, 10 km from the Ammerschwihr golf course, 30 km from the ski slopes of the Lac Blanc resort and 60 km from Basel - Mulhouse - Freiburg airport.

très bonne préparation de la part de l'agence ORPI pour la réception des clefs. Heureusement l'agence n'est pas trop loin de l'appartement. Il manquerait quelques précisions sur l'utilisation de la télévision.

La localisation quartier calme à 10mn du centre à pied. Place de parking privée
Le rideau de douche qui colle. Une porte de douche serait plus agréable. La literie, draps à "l'ancienne" un drap housse et une couette serait plus agréable.
