Holiday rental in Sète with air conditioning: Charming 2-room apartment (25 sq m) located in a seaside residence with a communal swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th). Enjoy a beautiful sea view from the terrace.
Situated on the 6th floor with elevator access.
The beach is 1.4 km away and shops are 50 m away.
The residence is just steps from the fishing port of Sète. The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) for two people.
The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps two), TV, and storage space.
The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a mini-oven, a microwave, and a toaster.
The bathroom (sink and bathtub) is separate from the toilet.
The apartment includes a private garage in the basement, number 302, measuring 2 m wide x 5 m deep x 1.80 m high.
Pets are not allowed.

Qr code impossible a télécharger pas de réseau et je ne trouve pas du tout correct de faire un edl entrant et sortant tout seul ! Sinon literie matelas manque de fermeté. Le reste était tout à fait conforme au descriptif.

Le côté vieillot des meubles et des matériaux. Le garage, impossible d’accès avec ma voiture durant le séjour entier. Trop étroit.

Il faut modifier le descriptif sur l'annonce qui indique 5 mètres de longueur(ou enlever l'étagère qui se trouve au fond)
