It consists of a large living room with dining area and double sofa bed. Moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with access to the bathroom with shwoer, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.The surroundings of the studio apartment in Porto CesareoThe studio apartment is in a complex of three adjacent but independent holiday homes in the city centre of Porto Cesareo.
The town beach is 150 meters away and it`s within walking distance, like other services. The beach establishments are a few kilometers away, in famous seaside locations such as Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Riva degli Angeli, characterized by caribbean sea and sandy dunes. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The bathroom has no windows and no bidet.
