In Puerto de la Cruz, the holiday apartment "con vista al mar" offers an excellent view of the sea.
This 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring relaxing sea views.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and a children's pool. Public transportation links are located within walking distance.
The bus station, several restaurants, taxis, pharmacies, and a health center can be found in the area.
Playa Jardin, Playa Chica, and Punta Brava are within a 5-minute walk.
The famous Loro Parque is also very close to the property. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
