Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a 10 m² garden.

The apartment comprises - A 26 m² living room with sofa bed and TV - A dining area to enjoy a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, OR capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room - Separate WC Exterior: - A 10m² terrace with a gate (street access) and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. The apartment is ideally located in Antibes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Sightseeing: historic center, Port Vauban, Picasso museum, Escoffier museum, Parc de la Pinède, botanical gardens at Villa Thuret, Fort Carré, Notre-Dame-de-la-Platéa d'Antibes cathedral... - Stroll along the coastal path or cruise around Cap d'Antibes or the Lérins islands. - Relax on the beach or take part in water sports: jet-skiing, flyboarding, diving, kitesurfing, kayaking... - Provencal market, golf, tennis, thalassotherapy... - Marineland, Aquasplash, Royal Kids park... - Visits to nearby towns: Cannes, Fréjus, Nice, Monaco... La proximité de la mer et les aménagements conçus pour passer un bon séjour. Bonne terrasse extérieure
La douche a l’italienne qui n’a pas de pente suffisante. D’où inondations. La machine à laver qui fuit lors des programmes.
