A few steps walk from the famous Platja de la Ribera with its wide promenade and fantastic atmosphere both day and night, Sitges Spaces Seaside Apartment enjoys an unbeatable locationoffering the advantages of being next to the beach but at the same time being in the center of Sitges with all the advantages that the proximity to the most renowned restaurants, cafes and shops in Sitges represents.
In addition, a few minutes walk is also the train and bus station allowing access to Barcelona capital with great ease! This comfortable, spacious and recently built modern apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people.
The master bedroom with en-suite shower offers a large king size bed. The second room has two single beds.
There is a second bathroom also with a shower. The living room/dining room/kitchen has an 'open' distribution optimizing the space and without the interruption of corridors taking away spaces.
The living room also has access to a beautiful terrace overlooking Marqués de Montroig y Mar street with a privileged south-facing orientation enjoying sunshine all day and allowing the apartment to be illuminated with natural light, offering a bright and cheerful touch to the property! The apartment is fully heated with air conditioning and heating allowing a comfortable rest at any time of the year! Sitges Spaces Seaside Apartment is equipped with all that is necessary to host longer term monthly visits. Kitchenware, bed linen, towels, a separate washing machine and tumbler dryer, vacuum cleaner and wifi are all available free of charge. As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately.
A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price.
For stays of more than one month, cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ /service and must be paid by the guest.
This monthly cleaning service is mandatory and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained. Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€/Pet/Month (maximum 300€/pet/stay). According to recent regulatory changes at the end of 2025 (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya) this apartment can only be rented for reasons of Holidays/Vacations, Recreation and Leisure and guest will be required to sign a seasonal rental contract and subject to provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance. Guests will also be required to pay an additional security deposit (calculated based on the length of stay) which by law must be deposited with the Catalan Land Institute (Incasol) and will be returned within 30 days after departure.
Guest will also be required to confirm that this is not their primary residence.
We regret any inconvenience for this additional bureaucracy but compliance is mandatory by the Catalunya State Government.
