A splendid apartment overlooking the renowned Excelsior Hotel beach on the island of Lido di Venezia, the famous Golden Island, home of Art Nouveau architecture and the Film Festival.
The apartment enjoys a privileged location, just a few steps from the golden beach and the famous and luxurious Excelsior huts (extra charge) And during your stay, you can also enjoy the nearby gymnasium, diving center, tennis courts, riding school and golf course.
Venice is about half an hour away.
The house is very uniquely furnished and reminiscent of cruise ship features.
The environment is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with shower, the house opens with an archway to the garden and the peculiar amphitheater where one can dine.
On the upper floor, we find the charming bedroom with 4 windows overlooking the sea.

This property had everything we needed, and the compact size, hidden drawers and compartments, made it really fun to explore for our children. Other than the floors being a little bit dusty, we had no complaints. Proximity to the beach is perfect and there are other restaurants and transportation very close by.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at the little ship house. It was so fun to learn about its history and settle in. We enjoyed going out to some recommended restaurants but also loved preparing some simple meals at home after shopping at the local shops just up the street. Walking just a few steps over to the beach was awesome. And we even rented a cabana for a day. Lovely!
