Holiday rental in Sète: two-room apartment of 33m2 of living space, panoramic view of the sea with a large terrace of 25m2 with garden furniture.
Its orientation is South. 3rd floor (no elevator.) The beaches are in front of the residence (50m). Shops are 500m away. sofa bed and two places, television in the living room, a kitchen area (with 4 hotplates, fridge, microwave). In the bedroom, there is a bed for 2 people.
The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, WC and storage.
You will also find cupboards in the entrance.
The residence is very pleasant and wooded.
Private parking at No. 79, closed by an automatic gate.
Pets not allowed.
Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.) Trois bouilloires, dont deux faisait,sauter les plombs,une serpillière noir,sous l évier puant,la moisissure.une chambre,avecpour seul meuble un lit.Deux chaises cassé, une aleze avec des tâches de sang.un vieux siège
