This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life. The rental rate is for the whole villa which sleeps 10 in 10 proper beds..no sofa beds There is an outdoor private swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! Staying here also allows you access to the private garden. As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10. In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed. In the next bedroom, there is a super king bed. The third bedroom contains a single bed and a triple bunk bed. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of $145. -Disney turn off 11 miles to all their parks - Seaworld and Aquatica 23 miles - Universal 30 miles - Legoland 11miles - Busch Gardens 54 miles - Clearwater Beach 84 miles

I had an amazing time at this house.. was a little to chilly for the pool 😢 but besides that, it was amazing 😍.. DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR THANKSGIVING IF AVAILABLE 🤠😄 !!!
The ONLY thing that sucked was IT WASN'T A LONG ENOUGH STAY!!
