Enjoy the ultimate glamping experience in our Luxury bell tents.
It combines the luxuries of home with the freedom of the outdoors to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on our small family run site, you’ll be sharing the communal kitchen where you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a mini oven with 2 ring hob, kettle and a microwave, preparation areas with double sink unit bosting hot water. Our bespoke built shepherds hut washroom is for communal use. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets with hand basins, a separate basin with mirror and hair dryer socket.
Commercial gas boiler ensures plenty of hot running water here! We have a large communal mowed area for playing or socialising in large groups. Your bell tents have everything needed to relax.
Included is a wood burning stove to keep you cosy on those chilly evenings, electric hook up point, real beds, bedding and linen, fairy lights, throws, hand made bunting, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pans, picnic table, fire pit and internet access. This bell tent sleeps 4 , in a double bed, single futon and a single canvas bed. Logs are initially supplied with more available to buy on site however feel free to bring your own. Tripos BBQ's can be hired for cooking over a fire pit. Perfect for couples or small families. You will be perfectly situated to enjoy the beautiful North York Moors National park and the stunning Yorkshire coastline. Within just a few miles are many quaint villages such as Staithes, Runswick bay, Danby and many many more. 1/2 a mile from site is the Scaling Dam reservoir where you can enjoy water sports or just a walk around the nature reserve. Whitby is just 15 mins away. We are perfectly situated for access to the public rights of way network, great for hikers / walkers.
Cycling is a big this in this area too! From the site there are hundreds of trails and rides accessible. from gentle to extremely difficult climbs.
There really is something for everyone here! House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking on site for one car - Pets are not allowed at the property. -It is expected that guests respect the premises and observe the 10pm quiet time for the benefit of all.

Amazing stay in a very lovely tent

De tent was super knus en gezellig. De kachel ook super leuk!
We vonden de keuken iets te simpel en klein. De kookpitten waren langzaam en gewoon niet voldoende.
Zeker als de camping vol stond was het te krap.
Ook had de tent wel plek voor 5, we hadden niet voor 5 mensen bestek of glazen. Dat was jammer

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clover Hill Farm, the facilities were excellent and better than what we had expected.
Our Bell tent was perfect for the 3 of us (2 x adult, 1 x child)
The surrounding area was stunning, and easy access to places to visit.
Would definitely consider returning.
Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Lovely place. Text from host giving directions to tent which was named. Own bench area for seating and firepit. Small 'cafe' which was available fully stocked with honesty box and QR code if you wanted to pay online. We loved our stay!.
