This is beutiful, luxury and comfortable 110 m2 two-bedroom apartment with the massage chair and shower, sea view, balcony and closed grill is located in the residential Visoka neighbourhood.
I'ts just 15 min walking to the most popular beach in Split called Znjan, and just 10 min by car or public transport to the center of Split, beach Bacvice etc.
You will also get two private parking spots in the yard of the house.

It's located on 2nd floor of the private house, have 110 m2 size and sleeps 6 people.
It has two private parking spots and also excellent public transport connections to the center of Split if you're coming without car.
Most popular beach in Split called Znjan is just 15 min walking from the apartment, or 5 min by car.
It's located in a quiet residential area but just 10 min of public transport ride to the buzz of the center.
On the same floor it also has an outside kitchen with grill, table and chairs for you to enjoy and prepare any kind of food you'd like.
Living room has luxury massage chair, air condition unit, big flat LED TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa bed sleeping two people.
Master and second bedroom have one comfortable double bed each.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bathroom has a large massage shower, hair dryer and washing machine.
All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible. **** Guest access: You will have the exclusive access to the apartment, balcony and outside kitchen with grill, basically whole second floor of the house. You will also get two free parking places in the yard of the house. There are no shared areas around the house. **** The Neighbourhood: This is typical residential area with all the local facilities just around the corner (grocery shops, bakeries, caffe bars). It is very quiet and safe with good connections with other parts of town as well as suburbs and surrounding areas by local buses. Nearest and the most popular beach in Split called Znjan is 15 minutes walkking and few popular nightlife caffes as well. That makes it an ideal location combining closeness to virtually everything in Split and having your own peace and comfort. **** Getting around: Bus station is within three minutes walking.
Bus lines to the center are frequent, every 10-15 min. It takes about 10 min of public transport ride to the center or 8-10 min by car. **** Interaction with guests: If you need anything I'm here to help. we as a group stayed 6 days in this apartment. Although we arrived very late, we were still well guided. We especially liked the extra seating area with fridge and table.
only downside is that the location is a bit too far from the nightlife or the beach in our opinion. But we had already taken this into account and then the Uber app is the solution.
Good stay overall, happy with everything
