Beachfront luxury villa La Cala!
Welcome to this fantastic villa near the beach in popular La Cala de Mijas.
Only a short walk from the beach, you arrive at this lovely villa situated on a hill in a quiet area close to everything.
There is room for 3-4 cars in the garage space.
The garage is equipped with a gym and 6 bicycles for those who want to keep active on vacation. Once at the house, you are met by a large inviting pool with a depth of 1.5-3.5 m. The terrace areas offer both sun and shade, and there is a large newly built barbeque area, which is a perfect gathering point when the sun sets over the mountains. The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all in an open Scandinavian style.
Two of the bedrooms are completely separated from the main building for those who want some privacy.
On the upper floor terrace, you can see a glimpse of the Mediterranean, and in the verdant garden, there are orange, lemon, and banana trees. La Cala de Mijas is one of the Costa del Sol's absolute favourite villages and offers everything you could wish for, such as many quality restaurants, cosy cobbled alleyways, markets, fine-grained sandy beaches, and a beach promenade that takes you all the way to Marbella. This is the perfect home to gather the large family, for a training trip, or even a golf getaway.
Late check-in after 8 pm is available for an extra fee. Keep in mind, this property is located in a quiet residential community with strict regulations regarding noise.
The community enforces mandatory quiet hours.
It is intended for peaceful holidays and does not allow parties.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Swimming and loud noises are not permitted after 10 PM.

The villa was lovely and clean, had large bedrooms & great facilities together with fabulous pool & outside area.
Just right for 3 generations to relax and enjoy the gorgeous weather in.
The location could have been slightly better but was within walking distance to the beach & local cafes.
