The holiday apartment "Tropicana Casa Verde" is located in Nerja and boasts a beautiful view of the sea.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in both bedrooms, a fan, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces and a barbecue.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and a children's pool. Nearby recommendations include the beaches of Nerja and Maro (ideal for water sports such as kayaking or scuba diving) as well as the Nerja Caves.
Furthermore, public transport links, bars and restaurants are located within walking distance.
The area also offers several hiking trails. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am. Beach/pool towels are provided for a fee. Grundsätzlich hat alles gepasst. Parken war wider Erwarten kein Problem.
Kleinere Problemchen gibt es überall, nicht erwähnenswert.
Prachtig huisje in een leuke urbanizacion zoals dat heet.
