Holiday rental in Sète: This 23 m² air-conditioned studio apartment is located in a residence facing the beach.
From its loggia with garden furniture, you'll have a view of the trees and the sea in the distance.
It is on the first floor.
The beach is 50m away and shops are 700m away. The living area includes a sofa with a double bed (140cm), storage unit, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave). In the entrance area, there are two bunk beds.
A bathroom with a large shower and sink and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

Appartement très agréable, avec sa vue sur la mer, très calme, proche de la plage et de l'arrêt de bus, avec son parking privé et sécurisé à l'entrée. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, en famille. Nous le recommandons...
