This beautiful contemporary can accommodate 8 people (6 adults max), and offers 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and one with 2 twin beds). two master suites on the ground floor, with shower room and upstairs 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. Located 3 km from the city center of Perpignan, this modern and upscale villa is 4 km from the train station and the palace of the kings of Majorca.Lovers of nature and fresh air will be delighted, the beaches of Canet, Saint-Cyprien Plage are 15 minutes away. the house has a parking with two private places. Sports area with treadmill and bike. You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and will be made imperatively before your arrival (no cash or check).
