Are you looking for an uncomplicated summer vacation home in Croatia, where you can spend a quiet and at the same time varied time with up to six adults? Then we assume that Villa Kastelir could be just the right location for your vacation enjoyment.
You can spread out here to your heart's content on 1,100 m² of land and explore all sorts of potential favorite spots. The heart of the garden - of course! The heart of the garden - of course! - is the 8 x 4 m pool, equipped with steps and hydromassage, in which you can swim your laps casually or sportily.
In the integrated whirlpool, young and old have fun and a real wellness feeling at any time of the day or night.
The children's pool with a depth of 40 cm, which is separated from the deep area by a net, is just as great for all the little guests. You feel like more action? No problem, this villa has a lot to offer: Power up with badminton, at the foosball table or at the ping-pong table! Meanwhile, the little ones will be happy about the existing children's playground.
But also well-groomed relaxing needs its space.
This is best done on the comfortable loungers or the cozy outdoor lounge. A great place for meals in the fresh air is the separate covered dining area with the brick barbecue, on which you can conjure up Mediterranean delicacies. Huge sliding doors open and extend the terrace virtually into the 120 m² house and let the outside and inside merge smoothly and flooded with light. And so the dining table located in the conservatory is actually almost an outdoor seating area and thus an excellent place for the morning breakfast, for example.
From here you continue to the living room, which is designed in a country house shabby chic style, with sofas, flat-screen TV and fireplace, nothing is missing that you need for chill evenings - you just have to put nibbles and drinks on the table!
