The villa enjoys a very pleasant location in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sandy beach of Leucate beach 5 minutes away. ****Other Information**** Optional additional services: Linens are not provided but can be reserved in advance and collected when you pick up the keys. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request to the agency and payable on arrival. A security deposit of €400 (credit card imprint) is required. A local tourist tax must be paid on arrival to the service provider.

La piscina non era aperta e il forno non funzionava: l'agenzia ci ha però regalato la pulizia finale in compenso.

Vicina al villaggio (con un'invitante panetteria!) e ai bellissimi sentieri che partono dal villaggio (sentiero del vigile, del viticoltore, del pescatore e del pastore)
Zone residenziale tranquilla, posteggio auto (e garage) di fronte alla villa
