This first-floor apartment (no elevator) features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso machine) open to the living room.
Enjoy panoramic sea views from the terrace overlooking Bonporteau beach. Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm). Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (2 x 90 cm). Shower room and washing machine.
Separate WC. One parking space. Free shuttle nearby (during the summer season). Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Additional services payable on site: - Mandatory cleaning fee. - Security deposit (NO CREDIT CARDS): by check or cash, returned after verification by the cleaning team. - Tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years of age, according to the current rate. Linen rental available: - Sheets €16 per bed / Week. - Towel set: €10 per person/week (1 large and 1 small).
