Located right on the charming seashore of Estepona, this one-bedroom townhouse is ideal for up to 2 guests, especially those on a romantic vacation on Costa del Sol. From the 2-level property, the tranquil beach Bahia Dorada is just a stone’s throw away; meanwhile, on-site, guests have access to a large shared outdoor pool and a patio.
The townhouse offers a large and spacious living room furnished with modern sofas, a coffee table and a Smart TV. This room also leads out directly to the cosy and sunny private terrace with open-air dining and amazing sea views.
The townhouse is further furnished with a fully equipped German kitchen with dining to ensure a hassle-free holiday.
A dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster are at guests’ disposal. Sleeping Bedroom: A vibrant, air-conditioned bedroom with twin joinable beds, a wardrobe and direct access to the beautiful sea-view terrace. Bathroom The contemporary bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. For the fit and adventurous at heart, you can walk all the way to Estepona centre following the beach shore path and then enjoy a paella in one of the local restaurants. Whether you like to enjoy fine dining at Benahavis, do shopping at Puerto Banus, promenading at Marbella (30 minutes) or simply experience the charm of a white village such as Mijas (45 minutes), all these towns are located within a convenient drive from this gem in the sun. You will have it all within convenient driving distance.
Alternatively, enjoy Andalusia, go to cities such as the historic Málaga, the stunning Ronda, and ancient Cadiz and use the villa as the home base: all these fantastic destinations are just 70-90 minutes from the townhouse. Sengene var så harde at vi kunne like godt ligget på gulvet, vi sov på hver sin sofa under hele oppholdet. Maling skallet av i leiligheten, og luktet fuktig fra kjøkkenskap og bod.
Bassenget er dårlig vedlikeholdt, og trenger nåde vask og maling

Very beautiful and spacious accommodations right on a beautiful pebble-and-sand beach. Beautiful view of the sea. Large free parking lot. Excellent communication with the host - helpful with everything. Fully equipped, from kitchen appliances to a beach umbrella. A beautiful place to relax and a great location for day trips (Gibraltar, Marbella, etc.).
