A fabulous family-friendly stay for 4 on Lake Lugano!
Families and friends can be certain of a fun and memorable holiday at the Porto Letizia residence in the town of Porlezza.
The property is fully accessible with lift access and is air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
Inside, the apartment has a modern open-plan living room with direct access to the private balcony with splendid lake views. A dining area and modern kitchenette are ideal for preparing simple meals during your stay.
The sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom featuring a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds if required) and the living room sofa that converts into a double bed for 2. A full bathroom with a bath, bidet and WC completes the layout of the apartment. Wi-Fi and free parking are available for added convenience. Amenities • Air-conditioning • Central heating • Private lake view balcony • Lift access • Communal resort facilities • On-site coin-operated launderette • Free bike rental Location The Palazzo features a welcome reception offering helpful visitor information, and a hair salon and guest parking just at the entrance of the building.
To the Porto Letizia lakefront guests can enjoy the stylish Panama Cafe bar which is perfect for a morning cappuccino or evening aperitif, with its idyllic lake views from its sunny terrace.
There is also the restaurant Osteria del Porto with an extensive wine list.
Please note that the bar and restaurant are located on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy the fabulous holiday complex activities which include a sandy beach ideal with a lido bar for sunbathing and a children’s park.
The beautiful lakefront and pet-friendly park is ideal for enjoying lake-view picnics and also provide a pleasant place to relax and exercise with winding paths for cyclists, dog walkers and joggers.
From Porto Letizia, the popular town of Porlezza (2-5 minutes walk) provides a range of amenities with supermarkets, high street shops and lakefront cafes and gelaterias.
A frequent bus service conveniently operates to Lugano city and to Lake Como, in just under 25 minutes; providing great day trips, with boutique shopping and a vibrant nightlife in Lugano and romantic villas, restaurants and resort towns in Lake Como.
The pretty nature reserve of Lago di Piano is also a great place to walk, cycle around and explore.
Local activities to be enjoyed include hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, horse riding, fishing, sailing and boat hire.

De bereikbaarheid, vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie, de nabijheid van een goed restaurant en terras, het strand van Panama Beach. De appartementen (10 en 11) zijn prachtig en helemaal àf door het fantastische balkon.

The apartment (P11) is truly fantastic. Its location is perfect with a wonderful view over the lake. The apartment itself is roomy and has all the facilities you could ever need.
The only negative (at least during the first week) was the noise produced by Panama Cafe & More. Loud music that went on until midnight. It got better in the second week after complaints by the owner of P11.

Het uitzicht was prachtig ! Het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en een fijn terras. Het gebouw is wel aan wat renovatie en onderhoud toe.
