The studio apartment Luminoso Cerca De La Playa is located in Nerja just a short walk from the beach.
The property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services as well as air conditioning.
A baby cot is also available. The studio apartment also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening. Water activities such as kayaking or scuba diving are available at the nearby beaches. In the surrounding it is possible to practice mountain activities.
Nerja Beaches, Maro Beach, Nerja Caves as well as bars and restaurants are close to the property. Free parking is available on the street. The studio is situated on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Pets are allowed for an extra fee and upon request. Making noise is forbidden during the night hours. Beach/pool towels and beach supplies available on request. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
