Please note all hire items require a £25 cash deposit per item on arrival. Please note disposable barbecues are not permitted on park. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the facilities and charged within the accommodation. Please note charges apply for the use of the gym facilities. All apartments are on the first floor and are up two small flights of stairs Please note Ladram Bay will not accept any parties under 25. However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival.
No stag or hen parties are permitted. Please be aware over the weekend of 8th May 2020 Ladram Bay are housing a large sports group which consists of all family parties. Good sized caravan for what we needed. My only issue i jad was the narrow corridor and the doorways, and the very blunt kitchen knifes that where supplied. Comfortable beds and sofas. Can't say much else really.

We found the mattress slightly uncomfortable, as we are used to one that is slightly firmer. Otherwise, the caravan was very very good and a perfect location on site for us, with it being very close to all of the facilities.

Lovely clean caravan. Everything you needed but the one sofa which is also a sofa bed could do with replacing as kept collapsing in the middle as was not very comfortable.
