Located in Nerja, the holiday apartment "Verano Azul" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool, a children's pool and an outdoor shower.
The holiday apartment also has a shared indoor pool for you to enjoy.
Burriana Beach is 1.1 km away. All the essentials services are nearby, including a Carrefour supermarket (200 m), Mercadona supermarket (300 m), Bus stop (50 m), an outpatient clinic (50 m away) and Yuan Asian Restaurant.
The accommodation itself does not have parking space available. There is a public open-air parking lot located just 20 to 30 m away from the apartment, where guests should be able to find a parking spot without any problems.
