Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with two trundle beds that convert into a queen-size bed, shower room, separate toilet.
DVD player, home theater, radio, stereo system.
Terrace, private enclosed landscaped courtyard.
In July and August, upon request from the owner and depending on weather conditions: private land on the banks of the Charente River for fishing and picnicking, about 2 km away, shared with the other gîte. 4 bicycles available upon request, including 1 equipped with a baby seat.
Baby equipment upon request: crib, bathtub, changing mat, high chair, potty.
Heating: pellet stove at an additional cost (15 kg bag of pellets = €12.50) + electric heaters (electricity to be paid as a fixed price).
Bed linen and towels rental upon request.
Regular cleaning is available during your stay.
Fiber optic connection: Internet TV service included.
Tourism and Disability label (mental, hearing impaired).

Price does not include: Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, wood, pet supplement.

Séjour particulièrement agréable dans un gîte moderne, parfaitement doté (rien ne manque) et très propre. Mr Bonnefont, père du propriétaire, a été d’une grande gentillesse tant pour nous accueillir que pendant la durée du séjour. Je recommande ce gîte sans aucune réserve !

Quelques jours passés dans ce gîte à Coulonges, en Décembre. Petit village typique des Charentes . Gîte agréable, 3 belles chambres Une pièce de vie spacieuse, avec tous les éléments nécessaires dans la cuisine…Une petite cour agrémente ce lieu calme ..Prévoir la voiture pour les courses
