Charming 2-room duplex apartment of approximately 42 m², located 50m from Kerfontaine beach.
It consists of a living room with a sleeping area (retractable bed) with bay window opening onto the balcony, from where you can enjoy a clear view facing the sea. The kitchen area is fitted out and equipped.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this first level.
Upstairs a mezzanine bedroom with double bed, and BZ for one person. Private parking space. Electric bike rental: €120 per week, €80 for short stays. End of stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen area) Equipment: Filter coffee maker _ Toaster_ Microwave _ Electric hob _ Fridge-freezer _ Television _ Washing machine Tourist tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant within the limit of €4.30 per person per night. Au delà de la gentillesse des salariés sur place, récupérer les clés ailleurs qu'au logement avec les contraintes horaires fût assez compliqué.

le lit dans placard nécessite un déplacement du canapé et de la table quotidiennement, c'est fatiguant.
il faut mettre une photo de la mezzanine qui mérite d'être montré car belle surface.
a part ce petit point négatif, ce studio est magnifiquement situé.
