IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers this typical stone house in a hamlet located in the commune of Grospierres, less than 10 minutes by car from Ruoms and 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
We invite you to discover this air-conditioned house, which sleeps 3 people.
You can enjoy a small, peaceful outdoor area with a barbecue.
It comprises a living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), as well as a shower room with a toilet.

location vieillotte et pas d’extérieur sans être vu. Infecté de moustiques et de fourmis (impossible de rester manger le soir dehors ou de laisser la porte et fenêtres ouvertes. Logement bien équipé manque seulement un grille pain. Propriétaire sympathique et donnant deq conseils pour les visites.

Wir lieben die ruhige Lage in der Natur. Das sehr alte Steinhäuschen ist schlicht und gemütlich vom Eigentüner gebaut und individuell ausgebaut. Genau richtig, um sich zuberholen. An Ausstattung ist bemerkenswert eine große Dusche, Gasherd, kleiner Backofen und Mikrowelle, Spümaschi...
