Contemporary villa (6-bedroom, 260 m², 2500m² of land) recently renovated and fully equipped - air conditioning, high-speed internet, new bedding and appliances, heated pool (April to October), trampoline, ping-pong table, children's games.

A jewel of the Côte d'Azur nestled in the middle of nature, only ten minutes from Grasse and Cannes,
The villa is located 1.6km from the shops (5/10 minutes walk), 3km from the centre of Mougins, 9km from Cannes (20 minutes), 8km from Valbonne, and 27km (22 minutes) from Nice airport.
Tourist tax : 2.95 € per night and per adult in addition
