Holiday flat Tivano is on the ground floor of a charming Lombard country house with two holiday flats directly on the lake, individually modernised with private charm and ambience. With several outdoor areas as a true holiday paradise: The furnished terrace at the entrance to the holiday flat, the richly planted garden with play and sunbathing area with brick-built dining table, barbecue and sun loungers right by the lake. The large shared lakeside terrace with dining table and sun loungers is the highlight. The name Tivano is known for the wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for a variety of water sports - sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, rowing with a kayak, canoe or simply with an air mattress. A staircase with a garden gate leads to the beach. The surrounding area: Next to it is the Vento-Breva holiday flat, on the uphill side is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.
