Cocoonr is pleased to offer ‘Le Loft Ethnic’ for rent: a typical ‘canut’-style flat, situated on the banks of the Saône, right next to Vieux-Lyon and a 10–15-minute walk from the Presqu’île (Town Hall).
Tastefully renovated and featuring high-end fittings, this 51 m² loft-style flat is bright and enjoys a rare, unobstructed view of the banks of the Saône and the Jardin des Chartreux.

This apartment, which can accommodate 3 people and is situated on the 2nd floor of a secure building, offers a warm and stylish atmosphere. It features French-style ceilings and breathtaking views over the Saône and Les Subsistances.
It boasts a marble fireplace, oak parquet flooring, tasteful décor and high-quality fittings. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A spacious 35 m² living area with a flat-screen TV, 4 large windows, coffee tables, fitted cupboards with mouldings and a sofa bed suitable for one person. - A dining area with a table and four chairs. - An open-plan fitted kitchen featuring: a steam oven, a fridge-freezer, a quiet dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine… - A mezzanine bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200 cm, ‘Confort Grand Hôtel’ model) overlooking the Saône and blackout blinds (approximately 1.50 m high). - A bathroom with two windows overlooking the courtyard, featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a washbasin and storage units.
Accessible from both the living room (via a sliding door) and the entrance hall. - A separate toilet at the end of the corridor, adjoining the bathroom. - A large walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space, accessible from the entrance hall and the bathroom. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a washer-dryer located just below the stairs leading to the mezzanine, a clothes horse, a fan, and an ironing board and iron. Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made upon your arrival. The flat is ideally situated in the town centre, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll be close to all the essential shops (a bakery and an organic grocery shop just 100 metres away), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and more... Transport: - You can park near the flat on the quayside; paid parking is available via a pay-and-display machine or the Flowbird app. - Bus: Homme de la Roche stop – Routes 19, C14, 31, 40 - Velo’v bike-share station 100 m away: Homme de la Roche. - Navigone stop 200 m away, opposite the flat. - Citiz car-sharing station 100 m from the flat - Nearest railway station: Part-Dieu (20 minutes by car, 25 minutes by public transport) - Nearest airport: St-Exupéry (40 minutes by car), or 30 minutes from Part-Dieu station via the Rhône-Express. LE LOFT ETHNIC L’appartement est beau, spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Propre et très fonctionnel je le recommande vivement. On s’y sent chez soi, la vue est très agréable. Parfait pour séjourner à Lyon sans le bruit de l’hypercentre. Je recommande vivement !
