The accommodation Villa Rosa with sea access in Pachino is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and two outdoor showers.
There is also a private wellness area with a hot tub and a wonderful sea view.
The villa offers direct access to the beach, which is hardly accessible to passersby and therefore almost private.
The property is about 15 km from Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.
We recommend using a car to reach the city center. Covered parking is available on the property, as well as free street parking.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed.

Die Dachterrasse mit Schlafzimmer hat uns am besten gefallen. Man steht in der früh auf und blickt auf das Meer. Rosa und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche Vermieter. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt so das der Hund frei laufen kann.
Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr freundlich und nett.
