Accommodation description
This is a real Villa for You! The location alone makes this house the perfect holiday destination. Something for everyone! Villa Taube is located directly at the ski slope, just outside the village of Bad Gastein. Everything is within walking distance, even the connection with public transport. Despite being very centrally located, this house offers peace and privacy with a beautiful view.
You occupy the upper floor of this detached house. Downstairs is another flat for 4 people
In the garden around the house is a separate terrace for both flats, although this flat has a real panorama balcony to enjoy the view after an active holiday. And to recover from an active holiday day is not saying too much. Because this area has a lot to offer. The village of Bad Gastein is without a doubt one of the most beautiful villages in Austria. Thanks to the water springs with water with a beneficial effect, Bad Gastein has been on the map as a spa for a long time. Empress Sisi and Franz Josef already came, and still a lot of people know how to find this village to work on their health. And it must be said: if you still have to go to a spa for your health, let it be Bad Gastein, because the village is really beautiful to see. Nowadays, Bad Gastein is not only a spa resort but also a popular winter sports village, with a varied ski area with more than 110 kilometers of slopes. With a lot of height differences, centuries-old buildings from the belle époque and surrounded by mountain peaks above 3,000 meters, it is a place you immediately fall in love with The Gastein valley is known for its many spas. There are countless wonderful hiking and mountain bike trails that take you through the woods and past waterfalls. And then winter, snow-assured skiing fun for young and old. A great advantage of this accommodation is that the Gasteiner-Card is included for free. With this card, you can get interesting discounts or even free entrance to the many attractions and activities
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
The last 50 meter to the holiday home are steep.
Includes a mandatory mobility levy. This entitles you to the Guest Mobility Ticket for unlimited travel on regional public transport.
Gastein Card is is included for stays from January through December.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, die Lage super und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen
In der Hütte Taube war leider der Duschabfluss verstopft und man könnte mehr Klopapier bereitstellen. Sonst alles super

Bad Gastein in mei was qua temperatuur, drukte en wandelweer een erg prettige ervaring. Half Mei waren de gondels naar boven alleen in het weekend open, een weekje later waren ze de hele week weer open. Een weekje later boeken is onze tip voor de volgende keer.

Bad Gastein im Mai war hinsichtlich Temperatur, Besucherdichte und Wanderwetter eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Mitte Mai waren die Gondeln nur am Wochenende geöffnet, eine Woche später waren sie die ganze Woche über wieder in Betrieb. Eine Woche später buchen ist unser Tipp für das nächste Mal.
