The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned house for rent in Bandol, 300 metres from the beach, with a jacuzzi, a surface area of 83 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 90 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.
We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Krups Vertuo Nespresso pod coffee machine and dining area. - Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds made up as one 160x190 bed - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x190), a bathroom with walk-in shower - A bathroom with walk-in shower and jet column. - A separate WC Outside: - A 6-seater jacuzzi available all year round - A beautiful 90 m² garden - A 23 m² south-facing terrace with arbour and furniture to enjoy sunny days - A solar shower For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Bandol, close to the port, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Beaches, boat trips, water sports (boat trips, scuba diving, etc.) - Visits to Bendor, Embiez, Porquerolles, the calanques of Cassis and Marseille - Golf, tennis, boules, cycling, hiking, casinos - Visits to wine cellars - The hinterland with its Provençal villages, the Haut Var and the Gorges du Verdon. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the garage on the right, 20 metres above the villa. Garage: height 1.75 metres at mid-depth For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Public transport 5 minutes from the accommodation - Bandol train station is 900 metres away (5 minutes by car) - Marseille airport is 1 hour away by car - Taxi rank above the Bendor pier - Tuk-tuk: +33 771 183 000 Other comments: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Très jolie et agréable maison , emplacement proche de toutes les commodités à pied, le petit plus serai un toilette supplémentaire ( nous étions 6 adultes) et le petit bémol , un jardinier est passé pour vaporiser de l'insecticide sur les plantes extérieures ( moustiques ) dans la soirée nous n'avon...
