Close to the village of Skotina and the well-kept vacation home complex Erkiades, stands the Olympus Paradise estate, which was only built in summer 2022. At the foothills of the mighty Mount Olympus, in rural, green surroundings stand in a row 6 comfortable vacation homes each with its own pool.
A large garden with lawn surrounds each individual holiday house.
Covered terraces with the corresponding furniture provide the necessary shade, depending on the time of day, and at the pool the sun loungers invite you to linger.
The location of the well-kept Olympus Paradise estate offers its guests numerous excursion and hiking opportunities in addition to the many beaches in the region. The two-storey, comfortable Olympus Paradise 3 with private pool, located in the middle between the vacation homes 2 and 4, is tastefully furnished, modern, friendly and bright and promises its guests a pleasant stay in a well-kept atmosphere.
Own ground level access and driveway to the cottage.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen corner. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom and bathroom.
From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool.On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
One bedroom has its own balcony.
The other bedroom has a sloping roof with a room height of 1.80 to 2.20m. The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax at the pool. The covered BBQ area, equipped with a sink, charcoal grill and seating set, offers the best conditions for family evenings together.

Top-Aufenthalt, alles war perfekt, die Kommunikation mit Ihnen schnell und freundlich … Als kleines Plus kleine Prospekte mit den Aktivitäten in der Nähe des Hauses, Besichtigungen, Wanderungen, Restaurants, schöner Strand, ein kleiner Reiseführer :-) … Wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen

Das Haus und der Pool mit Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren freundlich und immer für einen da.
