Das Haus ist geräumig, mit einem großen Abstellraum (eigentlich eine Garage), durch die man das Haus vom Passeig de Colon her betritt. Dort gibt es einige nützliche Dinge (Einkaufswagen, Waschmaschine, Gartenmöbel), aber auch genug Platz, um zB Fahrräder abzustellen. Dann kommt ein kleiner Hof mit P...
Das Erdgeschoß hat keine Heizung. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte es ca 18 bis 19 Grad. Glücklicherweise waren die ersten Tage recht warm. Die Klimaanlage im Oberstock könnte vermutlich auch heizen, aber oben war es warm genug.
