Comfortable apartment located on the second floor of a building in the heart of Florence. The main attractions of the city are within easy walking distance. The property consists of a large living area, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub. Equipped with Wi-fi connection and air conditioning. A set of towels and bed linen is available for each guest. The apartment is located in Limited Traffic Zone, parking in a private garage is recommended.


Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.

Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.

For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
