The villa Casa Rural Sajoná is located in Tuineje and offers beautiful sea views.
This 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (the double bed in one of the bedrooms can be separated into two single beds upon request), and 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, and cable TV. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.
You will enjoy a private outdoor area with a pool, covered terrace, and barbecue, where you can relax with sea views while preparing a meal for family or friends.
The house is located a 5-minute drive from supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants, and a 20-minute drive from Gran Tarajal beach.
The property follows recycling rules, and more information is provided on site.
Laundry service and bicycle rental are available for an extra fee. There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
Pets up to 15 kg are allowed for an extra charge.
Parties are not permitted.
The property has no steps at the entrance or inside.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.

Ein fantastisches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer unkomplizierten und sehr freundlichen Vermietung. Die Villa ist ein Traum!
Der Pool ist leider unbeheizt und im Winter kaum zu nutzen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!!

Casa muy bonita y equipada, piscina y exteriores muy cuidados, tranquilidad absoluta, para repetir.
Por poner una pega, se echa en falta TV por cable y programación española.
