We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it. Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio . Spacious and bright studio apartment with equipped porch and garden on the mezzanine floor and recently built, within a residential complex with a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of a garden and with a panoramic view of the Gulf.
We are in Naregno, one of the longest beaches on the eastern side, a sandy and gravel beach that slopes gently, suitable for families with children.
It offers all possible services, bars, restaurants, sailing and catamaran school and diving center.
The structure sits on a hill immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and descends to the sea offering unforgettable views, hence the idea for the name Verde Blu. A boat trip to the Costa dei Gabbiani is recommended where you can discover the various coves on this side , equipped or wild according to your preferences, being the longest coastal stretch of the island it is able to satisfy everyone's tastes.
Studio 2/4 beds - 2 adults + 2 children The apartment of about 40 square meters has a living room with kitchenette, foldaway double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower.
To complete the apartment, a garden equipped with table and chairs with a '' light '' sea view.
The apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning and Wifi, washing machine, private parking included, shared barbecue and swimming pool saisonal.
We offer discount for the ferry ticket reservation.
Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys) - check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30 - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - the opening of the swimming pool for the 2024 season is still to be defined

L’emplacement de la résidence est top, on est à la fois au calme et proche de toutes les commodités. De plus le climat insulaire nous assure des températures agréables. C’est la troisième année où nous passons nos vacances dans cette résidence avec toujours autant de plaisir.

C’est notre deuxième année dans cette résidence, toujours enchantés par le site, proche de tout, panorama magnifique. Seul bémol : l’équipement de l’appartement est en deçà des standards actuels. Sinon, une seule hâte : d’y revenir !

La résidence est très bien située : au calme, en haut d'une colline. Le grand atout est la très belle piscine, avec vue sur les montagnes. Il y a aussi des emplacements à l'extérieur où on peut s'installer à l'ombre sur des fauteuils. Résidence très propre et bien entretenue. Appartement fonctionnel...
