We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Port-Leucate, this charming apartment of 40 m2, with wifi, air-conditioned, at 150 m of the beach, in a calm and raised residence, and being able to accomodate 4 travelers.
Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the southern sun. Wifi, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with connected TV, sofa and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Two bedrooms with two double beds (140×190) and storage space. - A shower room with shower and basin. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A terrace of 14m², facing South-East with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun! The apartment is ideally located in Port-Leucate, in a quiet residence with trees, near the sea. At 30 m, bakery, pizzas, bike rental. At 5 mn to the port, on foot : essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Nearby : - Canet en Roussillon located at 19 km (20mn by car) - Perpignan located at 30 km (25 mn by car) - Narbonne located at 48 km (40 mn by car) - Collioure located at 50 km (50 mn by car) - Spanish border at 1 hour by car Activities : - Relaxation on the beach or water activities: sailing, paddle, boat trips.... - Visits close to Port-Leucate: Leucate village, La Franqui and its sailing carts, hiking in Cap Leucate with its cliff, its lighthouse and its semaphore, shellfish farming center and its oyster tasting in the fishermen's huts.... - Discovery of the Vermeille Coast, the Pyrenees and a trip to Spain - Accrobranche, gym, Aqualand, Casino, Cinema.... - Visit the Corbières and its Cathar castles, the fortress of Salses le Château, the city of Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan... Transportation : - By car, you can park on a parking space, in front of the apartment, at n° 65, or on the municipal parking at 50 m. - Nearest train station : LEUCATE-LA FRANQUI at 15 mn by car - Nearest airport : PERPIGNAN located 28 km (25 mn by car) Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition: 15€ per bed / towels 10€ (1 large and 1 small) / 2 bath mats and 3 tea towels 10€. Rental and payment to be made with our partner on site. - With or without the option for the cleaning, thank you to leave the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness, to clean the household appliances after use, and to empty the dustbins.

Eveline ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse ist sehr hübsch und die Nähe zum Strand fantastisch.
Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung. Das Schlafsofa ist zum gemütlichen Sitzen an einem Regentag zu klein und durchgesessen.

Tout était parfait,
L appartement est super propre,un accueil chaleureux de la part d Eveline.
Et à 150m de plage.
Le calme parfait pour un séjour familial et agréable.
Parking face à l appart idéal pour décharger la voiture.

Le logement en lui même était propre, rangé, très bien équipé.
Notre hôte a ete réactive, sympathique, disponible.
Beaucoup de jolies choses a faire dans un rayon de quelques kilomètres en voiture.
Nous avons trouvé que l'environnement proche (accessible a pied) manque de charme, mais cela est un po...
