The villa Lazar is located in Lefkada and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
This 50 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area with a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning as well as a cable TV and a Smart TV (usable with the guests' own accounts).
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony where you can chill out in the evening.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use.
There is a supermarket, a restaurant, and a pharmacy in the village.
The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach of Agios Nikitas, 10 minutes from Kathisma beach and 7 minutes from the town centre.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets are allowed upon request.
The property has step-free access.
Directions to the Property Follow the brown signs directing you toward the churches, specifically the one pointing to the Church of Agios Spyridonas.
Once you reach the church, continue straight downhill.
At the end of the road, you will arrive at the property.

The property was exactly as described and Spiros was a very helpful and pleasant host. We enjoyed walking into the mountains and the spring flowers and birdsong. The family of cats (mother and four adolescent kittens) were, for us, a bonus.It is not the easiest place to find - but was well worth doing so!
