Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday apartment Villa Vani - Appartamento 1 is located in Marina di Ragusa.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a shared heated pool and a shared barbecue.
There is a solarium area with a gazebo next to the pool. The city centre and beach are approx. 2 km from the property.
La Masseria restaurant (owned by the owners of the house) is about 3 km away, and the apartment is 1 km from a large supermarket stocked with everything. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Automatic check-in with safety box, the code will be sent on arrival. No smoking inside the apartment. The property has step-free access and interior. The heated swimming pool will be open from June 1 to October 16 and can be used at any time of day as long as you respect the hours of rest (14:00 to 16:00 and after 23:00). Beach/pool towels are provided. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.

Das Haus hatte einen wunderschönen Pool und der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und konnte alles sehr gut erreichen. Supermarkt in der Nähe der Strand in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden waren insgesamt 14 Tage vor Ort und fanden es sehr schade. Als wir wieder abreisen mussten hat uns sehr gefallen, kann ich nur jeden weiterempfehlen
Gibt es nicht. Tatsächlich gibt es nicht kaum zu glauben, aber ich war sehr zufrieden, sehr freundlich der Gastgeber. Wenn man was benötigt hat, weil immer da ich kann nichts Negatives sagen.
